This exterior design will take some really getting used to. The G80s new design when it was first revealed now looks great in comparison.

Not sure about the color scheme but I love the redesign! I've always been a huge fan of the 7. Just not quite old enough- yet. The G80, M3 will have to do.

Why is it many comments are negative about the looks of every model BMW. If it's not with the grill it's the paint or color scheme. This despite the fact BMW sales and interest are knocking the socks off their lux competition. I suspect not one percent of the commentators can even afford the new 7 Series

I think because some of BMW's newer design language and decisions rub people the wrong way upon first impression. I find myself going back and forth. I like the 7's new exterior/interior, on the fence with the X7 LCI (I've got a 2020 M50i), and cannot take how the new curved screen looks like it's been dropped in and bolted to some of the latest models with little to no consideration for integrating it with the dash. Two-tone paint has never been my cup of tea, but I can understand how some people like it; it makes a statement.

Following the trend of Lux cars
RR did it first and recently I started seeing a lot of new S classes like that.

People want to stand out so to reach higher priced market bmw is getting creative

Can you please share official sales numbers clearly showing how the new design/trend BMW has introduced in the last couple of years has contributed to sales numbers significantly better than those of the competition?
