And get what? What a 5 series costs will buy you like a base model Macan.

with each new rendering i am more thankful that from day-one I chose to ignore BMW’s Free-No-Maintenance Schedule and instead treated my F82 as though I expected to keep it for two decades. I now have it two years longer than I originally planned and see nothing on the horizon.

Something looks off with the DRLs. Aren't we likely to see a rotated L or 7 shape? The recent rendering of the X3 had this too, but the X1 looks more what I'd expect.
Also the hood on this rendering rakes / slopes down kind of aggressively into the grille. Hope it's more to do with how with this rendering, the grille was placed atop an image of the current LCI. |

I can’t criticize every new BMW design; the new X5/6M LCIs look great. There’s hope

Nice render work but the grille is way off. Other spy shots of the G60 show some silver lines inside the black rectangle. In product, expect it to have silver pieces in the rectangle to "blend" into the rest of the more traditional grille. Same execution as on the new 7/i7:

Will car’s optioned without driving assistant also have that square there? I wonder why it couldn’t be lower or up in the windshield by the rear view mirror. Just awful…

Not impressed, and have no confidence left in the capability of the BMW design team at all. The pile of total misfits that they've launched last decade has become huge.

Hopefully the power output sells people cause the looks certainly won’t.

I saw it in Sweden when I was there for Ice Driving last month. Back end has quite a bit more taper to it...between this render and a CLS taper.

Great work on the render, but wow we are actually watching the death of BMW heritage in front of us, this is sad to see, at least porsche is still holding it down. Great work on the render |

At least it doesn’t have the alien eye split front headlights. There is some hope here.

Agree, I think this render is quite different than how it will look in key areas and that's mostly due to the render being derived from the G30. From looking at the videos of it driving around in camo, I'm cautiously optimistic.
