About 6.5 hours is perfect, but only if it's uninterrupted sleep, but usually that's not the case.
I will sleep for 4 hours, then wake up due to a terrible dream which ends up with me being drenched in sweat, then pass out, then wake up later again or until my alarm beeps. Anyone else experience this?

^ yes, not too often thankfully.
Last night was one of the roughest for me though. I would wake up every 20-40 minutes with anxiety, drenched in sweat, feeling tired but not able to sleep longer. Every time I woke up I remembered a different dream I was having. It was a trip, I usually don't even remember dreams...It was shit morning let me tell you. |
