I get around 7-8. However, I usually feel tired in the morning. It's funny because when it's a weekday you always feel tired. On weekend though, it doesn't matter if I only get 5 hours of sleep. I usually would wake up refreshed.

anyone ever heard of the uberman sleeping method? Essentially a polyphasic sleeping method. The uberman sleeping method consists of six 20-minute naps every 4 hours per say. Equals a total of 2 hours a sleep every day.

Went w/ 'too random to keep track' since the amount of sleep I get each night varies a lot. I average 3-5 but try to shoot for 6. Obviously, I fail miserably. lol

Shouldn't that put you to sleep?

I doesn't matter what time of the day it is, but after I smash I'll roll over and knockout
