I get at least 10 hours most of the time...what can I say I like to sleep! Keeps me fresh and alert! However, that number can decrease exponentially depending on what I am doing.

5 to 6 for me. Sometimes I sleep longer. I used to run on about 3-4 hours all the time and I think I've started gaining weight because I'm sleeping longer lol.

5-6 of actual sleep...takes forever to fall asleep I'll lay awake for like 1-1.5 hrs but it's still resting I guess

Everything I've heard reports it as the opposite...loosing sleep (perhaps a byproduct of stress) positively correlates to weight gain

I normally get 5-6 .. I would rather get 7-8 if I can. I drag ass for the first 2 hours of every day if I get 5-6.

I usually get 6.
I have to wake up at 7 and usually go to sleep at 12-1. I normally will get into bed at 12 but it takes me an hour to fall asleep. 8 would be ideal, but never happens. |
