That idea is bullshit. How come at thousands of other Wal-Marts (Not to mention Best Buys, Targets, etc.) across the nation nobody else got hurt or killed? This was once isolated incident. The people who stormed the doors should be accountable. But that will never happen because Wal-Mart has the deep pockets.

By your thinking, if I crash my car into a guardrail on the highway and injure myself, I could sue the state. They should have known that I could crash my car into it and the steel could hurt me. How dare they not make it out of marshmallows.

You can crash your car into whatever you want. We're talking about what happened. and it comes down to this. walmart is getting sued by the injured and guess what , the injured party or parties are gonna get some money out of it. happens every year. case closed.
