My bad then. I didn’t bother checking in the I drive. I didn’t find the usual switch and found a lever and assumed manual. Sorry about that.

If that’s Phytonic blue it looks way better than I expected. The configurator color is off. More pics please, especially outside.

I agree, the configurator color is way off and I like this better. I also ordered Phytonic Blue.

I found a YouTube video that shows the color in video format

Also confirmed the color thru mdecoder with the VIN from said dealer's website.

Can't wait for my car now.

i have phytonic blue and i like it better than i thought.
it's darker than the configurator and does have different hues under different lights.

What are your thoughts on it compared to Estoril Blue? Phytonic definitely seems more muted and we're definitely "settling" on Phytonic since Estoril isn't offered.

i loved estoril blue! phytonic is not as "flashy" - it's darker and more "mature" looking. i'd think estoril blue is a "younger" blue and more suitable for a sports car and for the more luxury 5s phytonic is a better option.

The configurator colors are all too light and don’t show the depth of color. We were afraid Phytonic blue would be too ‘in your face’ blue, so went with Tanzanite as the dealer had an i7 with it and we could see it in person. I really like the phytonic in these pics though.

When I ordered my F30 340i in 2016, Estoril was the only blue available for M Sport. I liked it but was too light/bold for me so I special ordered Individual Tanzanite Blue I which wasn't even a Priority 1 color then so required special approvals. Tanzanite is a beautiful color, has the extra pearl coat, so really sparkles in sunlight but can look almost black in low light.

My G30 is Mediterranean Blue and may be my favorite blue, lighter than Tanzanite but has a lot of richness to it. I've seen Phytonic blue a couple times and it's a similar color to Med Blue but different enough. I think it actually looks better on the G60 than G30. Phytonic Blue w/Silverstone Merino, similar to the car in this video, would be my first choice color combination. But I'm waiting for the 540iX and to see if they expand comfort seats to include Silverstone.

We are truly in love with Estoril as it suits us perfectly. Phytonic seems acceptable but we're not in love with it yet. Hope it feels better in person!

Hmmm, I like the phytonic blue on the G60. Of course, we already have a X5 in that color. How much darker is Tanzanite? Also, does anyone know if you order the Iconic Glow grill without the Sport Pack Pro, will the grill surround still be silver?

Any views on the sound system? The Bowers and Wilkins option is now less than half the peak output of the system I’ve got on my G16 (and others will have had on their G30), and the Harman Kardon suffers the same fate - which I suspect is a re-branded BMW HiFi option.

Yes you can order iconic glow without M sports pro package and it is silver grill edges.

That is unusual. I also noted a blanking plate. Where the tweeter for Harmon is - the Bowers tweeter is now on the door.

Here is the $17 Million dollar question… How is the handling? With the G30 I never felt the handling was optimal (Car does what is asked to do but is simply not eager to take fast turns).

How does the handling in the G60 compares to the G30?

1. Does the eDrive40 have a boost paddle like the M60?

2. Does anyone have the Luxury Seating option, or tried one on a lot that had it? I'd like to know what the difference is and if the controls on the side of the seat are different than the normal "sport" seats.

3. Does the eDrive40 have launch control like the M60?

If money was not a reason, what would you be more inclined to have, i5 m60 or i7m60 and why? Would love some feedback, advice etc as to pros and cons of each. Greatly appreciated.
