There is enthusiasm, my friend and poor taste. I know we are on an internet forum and the rules can be fast and loose here but that is a bit beyond the limit. There are some here who are super personal with drivers they don't like and it's uncool. Don't be like them.

Merc needs to get Bottas out of the car and give it to Russell or Alonso. We need a three way championship with Hamilton, Verstappen, and Russell/Alonso.

Sir Lewis was closing in 2+ seconds per lap. The stupid driving by MAZ had nothing to do with PER losing the spot. He had no chance on old tires. RB left him out to dry and ruined his race.

Of course hammy was gaining a little on Checo every lap, he would do with fresher tyres don't you think. The point I was leading up to which you failed to notice was that it was much sooner than later because Checo's fronts were like threepenny coins after his lock up so after that even someone like Latifi with fresher tyres would have caught up just as quick and got past him easily.

Gaining is gaining, with the tyre situation it looked right to me.

Verstappen has the fastest lap in qualifying and in the race...yet loses both due track limits. So its not the car that is holding him back from winning races this year.
Its almost as if he is missing a vital ingredient...talent perhaps?

Not as interesting a race as round 1 or 2, but still worth watching for the first 20 laps or so.
My takes
- Bottas just doesnt have it
- Ham is a very patient man
- Max's lack straight line speed and a few mistakes did him in
- Perez he needed to clear Lando faster, but even if he did, I dont think he has the pace to stick with Max or the Mercs yet
- Great race for Lando again
- Happy to see RIC in the points after starting P16
- The Williams car is a mystery to me
- Interesting how EVERYONE thought the hard tire was not a good racing tire, but turned out to definitely be the right call over the mediums
