And the new Camaro is so sick. IMO a much better modern take on an old muscle car than the Mustang. Then again, my dad has a '67 350 SS/RS in the garage so I might be a little biased. |

I just saw the movie and I thought it was awesome. I have been a HUGE transformers fan since I was a kid and this exceeded all of my expectations that I had for the movie (aside from the fact that soundwave wasn't in it). The kid who played Spike, I mean Sam , did a good job and he was pretty funny. Also the fact that Megan Fox was smoking hot didn't hurt either. If you are a transformers fan this is a must see.

Highly enjoyed it I felt they took a long time to finally show some more Decepticons though, almost 1h 40 mins into the movie and we hadn't seen any new Decepticon! Either way though, the movie advanced nicely.
When's the sequel coming out?

I loved the movie, and learned more about the Transformers. That show started on TV after my cartoon watching days ended, so I didn't know Optimus Prime from Megatron, but I'm in the loop now!

Saw it last night. When I first saw the trailers, it would be stupid, but actually a good movie.
Starting a poll: Who's hotter? Megan Fox or Rachael Taylor

My kid's had transformers, and I always thought Optimus was the bad dude. It was a pretty good film, I clapped at the end. And did you notice the air freshener in bumble bee in the old car version? "Bee-otch" I still think the computer geek blonde was way hotter, we just didn't get to see as much of her.

I was the first in line for the 10 p.m. show the night it opened. We were traveling and saw it in Farmington, NM. During the part just after the base is attacked in Qatar, the survivors are running through the desert and we see Shiprock in the background and bust up. I wonder if the Navajo nation was compensated for that cameo???

i wasn't expecting much and wound up really enjoying the movie. my gf was in the same boat but she wound up really liking it as well. she just wished they used the transformers song hahaha.
i wished it followed the original cars that were used rather than the gm product placements. i also noticed they used a mustang for the cop car but removed the ford emblem. i wanna watch transformers the movie again now (animated).
