Any real estate attorneys on this forum
I am i the process of evicting a tenant at a residential property I own in Ohio and wanted feedback from another attorney aside from the one I am using locally.

I'm no attorney but I imagine going through whatever process you need to do to have wages garnished would not be worth your time. How much does this guy owe you?

Thanks for that link it makes more sense now. This couple will owe me $3000 by 6/1 and i will be putting a 3 day notice on the premise 6/2. I am just going to bite the bullet and have the collections process be done after the eviction for a contingent fee of 33% and just be responsible for court costs.
