How easy is it to garnish wages from a tenant that wont pay rent after the eviction process is complete?

I'm no attorney but I imagine going through whatever process you need to do to have wages garnished would not be worth your time. How much does this guy owe you?

Thanks for that link it makes more sense now. This couple will owe me $3000 by 6/1 and i will be putting a 3 day notice on the premise 6/2. I am just going to bite the bullet and have the collections process be done after the eviction for a contingent fee of 33% and just be responsible for court costs.

How long were they your tenants? Did you do a background/credit check on them beforehand?

"What is the maximum amount I can sue for in Ohio?
The Ohio small claims court limit is $3,000"

Small claims. Done.
