Wow. I try to explain that the MCT transmission is nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be. It might be slower relative to outsourced transmissions like the Getrag M-DCT but 100-millisecond shifts are pretty decent.

What's great about the M156 platform is that a strong tune gets you closer to C63 BS performance, in terms of straight line acceleration.

AMG left a lot on the table with respect to the standard M156 platform.

Because the AMG GT and W205 will share the same engine platform (like the C63 and SLS), I'm guessing that tuners will have a field day with the 4.0L biturbo V8 as well.

Haters just gonna hate, just as the only fault found in the Lexus LFA was the gear-box. There is no going wrong with either car.
