I saw that car a few weeks ago. It doesn't run or drive and has to be pushed around. It is XP1 and is the first car built after the clay model. It used to be orange but they painted it white for the Asian round of auto shows.
EDIT: Actually, I take that back. This is a different car! XP1 has orange brakes and does not have the amber turn signals. This looks like a federalized car.

Looks awesome. I think they have it in race mode, which is why it kinda looks a bit off in the front. Also, the wheels are sunk in for aerodynamic purposes.
