Vegas Restaurants
Any one know of off-the-beaten-path great restaurants in Vegas? There are so many in the strip hotels, etc. but they can slip after a great run. And new ones pop up like weeds. I have dined in lots of them and have my favorites since I do business there at least once a year, but am looking for something special that may not be known except by the locals? Any ideas? Thanks!

The pepper mill http://www.peppermilllasvegas.com/#home
The barrymore http://www.barrymorelv.com Mimo Ferraro's: http://www.ferraroslasvegas.com Lotus of Siam: http://www.saipinchutima.com Sushi Loca in North Las Vegas Old school vegas style, go to Hugo's http://www.hugoscellar.com More mainstream: Del Frisco's (yes, it s chain, but my favorite by far, and my favorite location after the NYC flagship -- my squadron has a locker in the cigar humidor there) Red Square in Mandalay -- its not just for cocktails, food is excellent Bouchon -- I think the one in Vegas is Thomas Keller's best location (over Napa and BH) and don't forget for your quick meals: Burger Bar in Mandalay is awesome: http://www.burger-bar.com/lv_main.php Yard House is a chain that needs to be in every bigger city: http://www.yardhouse.com/nv/las-vega...t-town-square/ Any robertos for a Carne Asada burrito. Any In-N-Out if you aren't able to get one where you normally live

B-1 Pilot has you covered. Of those off the strip, I've been to the Lotus of Siam - very good, and can be made very spicy if desired. I always recommend Milo's ( http://www.cosmopolitanlasvegas.com/...rio-milos.aspx ) when asked about Vegas dining (it's at Cosmo, however).
