I think it's perfect. Much better than the TT-S pics we have. Here's a 5 min chop I made a sec ago:

It looks good, but beautiful is a bit of a stretch.

I thought the prior generation TT was ugly, and the new one isn't a whole lot better. Different strokes I guess. Now the R8...that's another story.

Only differences I can spot are the bigger intakes up front.

Still, the base TT is a looker so they can't really go wrong...unless *cough* TT Clubsport *cough*.

As much as I appreciate the new info, there is nothing exciting about this car.

HKS, you have and figures about this car?

If this car looks this good in picture it will look fantastic in person. I remember how I discounted the new A5/S5 when their pictures first surfed. Boy was I wrong when I saw the car in the flesh.

I dont think the spypics are 100% production version. I think the front will be very close to my chop though. I think you can expect wider arches as they look stock at the moment. I also think you are right about the concept, I think cues will make it to the TT-RS.

Look here:

It even looks like an RS model. Look at the exhausts, wider arches, LEDs. It even has the flatbottom steering wheel. I think the grille will be more like the RS4 and RS6 though. I love the rear of the concept, I hope it is goes to production with those fat arches!

I totally understand you. I dont think pics do cars justice. I like the E92 a lot but the A5 just kills it for me. In real life Audis look amazing to me. Pics just dont capture the great bodywork...

Figures for the TT-RS are hard to come by since we're trying to figure out what could be in the TT-S. At the moment it's looking possible for a 2.0TFSI in the S model like the one found in the clubsport concept. I'll keep you guys up-to-date when anything new comes by

The A5/S5 is gorgeous, but it would not be my choice if you plan on taking it to the track at all. Is it worth a $10k premium over a 335? That's clearly subjective, but the A5 certainly does not "kill" the 335 for me. I'll spend $5k and do some suspension work and tuner chip to the 335 and it will destroy an S5 on the track and I'll have leftover $ in my pocket. Also, The A5/S5 and the R8 are the ONLY good looking audi's currently being produced IMHO. A3/4/6/8 may be some of most dull cars on the market...
