Anyone have any experience leasing from a 3rd party company?

Title pretty much says it all. I'm just wanting to get some feedback. I saw a crazy lease for a GLK for 269 a month plus tax (didnt say how much down) from a company called primetime auto lease out in California. I've seen other companies like MV leasing in NJ that also offer similar deals. Has anyone leased with a 3rd party like this? I hear they buy cars in bulk at months end to help dealers meet numbers and turn around and lease them.

A lot of those are bullshit deals just to get people into the door. You likely have to put $7-10K down.
