i am hoping one of you die-hard car enthusiasts can help me with some information im struggling to find.

I have searched and found out some information about this Bugatti Chiron the car which preceeds the Veyron! it had a 18.3 6.2 litre engine

now the Veyron is a 16.4, named due to the 16 cylinders and 4 turbochargers >16.4 etc

did the Chiron had 3 turbos? as it has 3 banks of 6 cylinders? the info i have found, no where does it mention turbos?! can some one confirm?

also it says only one car was made? how can this be confirmed?

Google has a lot of results. Nowhere does it mention forced induction and since the power output is a 'modest' 555 HP (compared to the Veyron's 1000+) I would assume that it doesn't have it.

yeah i have searched google mate, but no conclusive evidence to the questions im asking, the previous EB110 was turbocharged tho

it was a supercar unvailed by bugatti in 1999, after VW took ownership in 1998, it was the 3rd supercar in 18months.. looks similar to the veyron

Almost, VW owns Audi, Lamborghini, Bugatti, and Bentley (not to mention Seat and Skoda).

And Porsche owns a sizable chunk of VW

porsche is still an independent company like bmw right? porsche own more then 50% of vw?

damn i didn't know they owned bentley as well....

aston martin is owned by the ford company right along with range rover, etc?

Porsche is still essentially independent, that's why VW and Porsche bought a large chunk of each others stock- to prevent a hostile take-over.

Ford sold Aston Martin back in March to a consortium of (largely Middle-Eastern) private investors. Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo are still owned by Ford, but Jaguar and Land Rover are on the auction block.
