The Best Luxury Car Buys Of The Year by FORBES
Not very impressive to see 3 Audi's and no BMW!!!
Not sure if BMW is planning on staying in the market with competition in the long run... http://www.forbes.com/sites/hannahel...s-of-the-year/ |

Maybe it's just me, but the fact of the matter is YES, although Forbes' opinion may not be in the radar as such...but don't underestimate the power of business/executive readers' point of view who read Forbes...and who by the way form the majority of marketshare of BMW drivers in that segment (executives and businessmen). And again, if you like BMW (like myself), a report as such wouldn't hurt, but my concern is in the long run... how did BMW change its image from the 60's/70's accelerating past M-B in the market...I'm just begining to think if BMW is not mixing up its vision/mission with niches that may lead to nowhere...
A couple of weeks back, we read the car & driver's review on M6 vs. RS7 with Audi at the top and now this... again, one report may not matter that much, but its all the bits and pieces that add up... I'm sure some of you don't share this point of view...but that's why we are all here to discuss these points right?! |

Also..., I know this is being stringent, but it does say Best Luxury Cars..., I see quite a few SUV's on there...., Whoever made the write up needs to take some English 1010 courses at the local CC. |

Aren't those the luxury line made by Nissan, Toyota and Honda respectively? I see no difference between those makes when it comes to technology, performance and luxury... only really noticeable difference would be pricing really, and not by much.

Lol, excuse the typing error. I know how to spell it correctly. I had a few drinks in me while i was typing on my phone and the girl sitting on my lap made it a bit hard to focus on the correct spelling of .... well anything at the moment, lol.

Pretty ridiculous to not think Lexus as a luxury car just because they fall under a parent company that's not so "prestigious." I've sat in enough Lexus's to know they very much are helping set the bar of luxury from their service to the quality of the materials they use inside the vehicles. Acura I agree leaves a little bit to be desired but they are still nice as well. Haha touche. |
