I live at home with the 'rents, pretty much done saving too. House/condo prices are pretty ridiculous in northern New Jersey. Crossing my fingers the housing market will crash into oblivion in mid '08.

Own house...My Mom moved out and left the house to me. I rotate between that house and my G-Parents cause I dont like being alone all the time.

I placed the order for my E90 about 6 months after purchasing my place. I had been renting for a few years prior to that. I can definitely understand that there are often good reasons for renting (I moved 4-5 times in the 8 years prior to my purchase).
