I am disgusted with Randolph and his sh!TTY management of the team. i HAVE NEVER seen a team choke this bad. Imean they got swept by the Nats and lost to the cards. Now FL? and Philly is playing the nats. I think the mets might finish 3 back and will be watching the yanks lose in the 1st round.

Hey easy with the Yanks...we face Cleveland probably in the first round...Should be able to get a W in the series..Leave A-rod alone until he chokes in the playoffs...Right now he like the Peyton Manning of football until he won the superbowl last year...He gets hot in the playoffs, the Yanks will be in the World Series, obviously the pitching has to be aces also!!!

I laughed out loud on my morning commute today when I read that Mets lost again. What is going on with this camp is just pathetic at the moment. I love the Yankees but I don't ignore other NY teams either... Actually I was hoping for another subway world series this year, but seeing how Mets are choking right now I'm losing all my compassion towards them.

If Yankees stay hot as they are now in the series they have a chance.

Yes Willy has done a sub par managing job this year, and if G-d for bid the Mets blow this divison, he will be the scape goat.. but Is it Really his fault that the entire bullpen has collapsed in the same 2 week period?

AMEN!!!!! A few days before the Mets began to blow the 7 game lead, after the Yanks were hot (early Sepy.) but still a game or two back of the wild card, a friend of mine who is a BIG Mets fan told me the same thing he said in May: the Yanks are garbage, th Mets are SOOOO much better and the Yanks still aren't making the playoffs.

He was right about one thing: there is going to be a NY baseball team that misses the playoffs....

All i can say is WOW....can't play under pressure whatsover...I really feel bad for Willie Randolph....Right now 1 game behind the Phillies for first place and two games left and no shot in hell for the wild card...It really doesn't look good....but maybe a tie in the division will help, but the way its going they will lose that also...Go Yanks...Boston sucks
