Las Vegas trip advices?
So my parents are visiting US in a month and we are planning stay in Vegas for about 5days. we willing be visiting death valley and grand canyon during so that actual time that we will be in the city is around 2 days. I would like to hear some advices from you guys on places to visit and things to do. Since I am with my parents, so unfortunately no hookers and strippers this time
here is what I am looking at so far: we will stay in either encore or venetian, or other places if you guys have any suggestions. catch a couple shows at night, I heard KA is pretty good or anything by Cirque du Soleil is pretty good, no comedy since my parents don't speak English. I am also planing take my dad to exotic racing if they allow international license or just rent an exotic for couple hours to have some fun. and we will do some gambling and shopping as well. so let me know what else I should look into and thanks for any suggestions/advices. EDIT: I would also like some suggestion for restaurants |

Blue Man Group is a great show for music, there might be some english singing, but the music and show itself is great without having to understand english.
Mandalay Bay has a great aquarium. The Gun Store is fun, you can shoot a machine gun.

Personally I really like the MGM Signature. Very nice rooms pretty affordable and I personally like the fact that it's away from the main MGM casino craziness. Although you can get to it through the underground. I would recommend KA we saw it and enjoyed it. I like the buffet at the Rio although I know many people prefer the fancier ones at Bellagio, Wynn etc. Finally I always have to hit up In and Out Burger since we dont have any around here.
Anyways other than hookers and blow, that's all I got. |

Wynn Buffet is probably the best buffet atmosphere wise... Also be sure to try Hash House a Go Go, there are a couple on the strip...ridiculous breakfast food at a great price (get the corn beef hash mmmmmm..) Ka is pretty damn impressive, you wont be disappointed. I'd go to 'O' at the Bellagio as well.
Be sure to visit Fremont street to see all the crazies and watch the light show at the top of every hour...I also like gambling at the Golden nugget, it has retained its vintage charm and usually has cheap tables at all hours. Beef wellington at Gordon Ramsey's steak house in Paris Paris is definitely unique and I'd have a cocktail at the Top of the World bar up in the stratosphere after sunset to admire the view, if you aren't into drinks then eat at their revolving restaurant. Exotics racing is fun but for the money it goes by lightening fast...I did 6 laps in a 458 Italia and only remembered 2 of them lol...I'd rent an exotic and go out to red rock park and drive the scenic route if I were you. Check the Bellagio fountains a couple times a day, the show changes every hour, Go see the treasure island show too. I enjoy the shops at the venetian and the forum at Caesars for shopping but Aria has some pretty unique shops too, lots of artwork and sculptures. If you have a rental I'd go drive it up to Mt. Charleston if you are looking for a change of scenery, its about an hour from the strip but will be a beautiful snow covered forrest in a mountain range...feels more like colorado than the desert.
