I was quoted doing 82 on 15 freeway near Miramar base. Posted speed was 65. Shall I contest it, and use the techniques posted on the following website http://www.ticketassassin.com/

I say do what you want. If you fight it you might atleast get something to benefit you.

How were you caught? Radar? Request for discovery and get the notes about your case. It will be tough to beat. trafficschool.com. It's easy and takes less than 3 hours, including the test. The only thing is that you have to take the test at a UPS store. The good thing is that the website gives you a guide that you can bring with you, and it has all the answers LOL...
