~I got an Abarth 500! Photoshoot Inside~
Been a while since I've been on the forums. I work at a Fiat studio and just bought a 2013 Abarth. I love it, it's a blast to drive, sounds good, and can't wait to see what aftermarket mods come out like Downpipe, Flash tune, etc.
Let me know what you think!

It's an effeminate looking car. It's not a very balanced car either (F/R distribution is like 65/35), not to mention isn't it FWD?
It pretty much fails in every aspect one would expect of a great handling vehicle to shine in with the exception of overall curb weight. It pulls a .65 g on average in the figure 8. That's really really bad, but it's not surprising given the poor weight distribution. |

Some friends spent a month in Italy last year. They really enjoyed those little cars and thought they were a blast. The people there drive like maniacs but apparently it's normal and everyone is friendly about it.
Not my taste, yours looks pretty unique; have fun with it. |

Sorry but you asked for opinions. I think my john deere mower has a bigger engine. And when in san fran this year we had a fiat 500 as a rental, made me want to pull out my own jugular.
Enjoy to each their own. |

Nice, aren't they? I had a 500 Sport that I traded for my Boxster and the plan was to keep the Porsche until they offered deals on Abarths, likely next spring. The flourescent green isn't working for me, but mine will be Nero/Nero like yours or Grigio/Red.

nice car! nothing like a zippy mini compact car. some people here will never understand, but there's something to these sporty mini compacts like the Honda FIT, etc. I drove a Honda FIT with the flappy paddles and drove the c*#p out of it, fun as hell at relatively safe speeds.

I hate it, but it doesn't matter what I think. If you like it, that's all that matters. Congrats and enjoy the new ride!

probably a fun little car. interesting to see a production car using a silicone 90 degree boot on the intake.
