Off Topic, PAYPAL issue
Is anyone else getting a screen with this statement
"We are currently performing regular maintenance of our security measures. Your account has been randomly selected for this maintenance, and you will now be taken through a series of identity verification pages." Then it lists my credit card and my bank account (with the right last digits) and asks me to input the complete number. This doesn't seem right, but the site's security certificate is being verified by Verisign as Paypal. |

I investigated some forums on line and it seems it might be legit. The confirmation screen actually comes up AFTER I've logged in, and the site is verified by Verisign. But even though I gave them that info to begin with, I don't like having to do it again. I'll call when I get some time.

It is legit. Being in the military, and having to use paypal in numerous countries, it has happened to me more times than I can remember. Don't worry, it is not a scam, but is much easier to do the process if you call compared to doing it online. At least for me it tended to be.
