This can bring a long never ending shit-storm.

I know a couple local cops that have eachothers back when it comes to stuff like this, and if they have a complaint against one of them, theyll do all they can to give that person a hard time. For that reason alone I wont bother filing a report myself, unless its something severe.

I think the only way to file a complaint is to call your layer and have them do it for you.

I think these people would be better off asking for the name of the public relations officer or rep. They at least would get someone who is more attuned to the public as opposed to thinking everyone is a criminal as soon as they open their mouth.

ROFL! Public relations officer??? He/she are also a part of the "blue wall of silence", please. All you need is this video tape, the Atty. General's Office, and a damn good aggressive lawyer. Going to a PD to file a complaint against their brethren is like telling your dad on your mom.

I like how the officers try to escalate the situation so that they can detain the individuals filing complaints.

I say this on every police thread and I'm gonna say it again...FTP. Cops take advantage of their powers on a daily basis. I have yet to meet a cop that is legit.
