M3 Drivers and their watch(es)?
I know most auto enthusiasts are also watch fanatics. Is there a particular watch u like to wear while driving the M? Do u have a watch collection? Post some pics. For some reason I love to drive with my PAM001 on. I'll post pics later.

yeah this last thread got me thinking about high end watches and looking. in the end decided against it as i would rather spend my money elsewhere bought a couple TW steels and called it a day.

I love watches. Was just simply curious to see if there are any watch fanatics here and what they have. Its you that's giving the douche-like reply.

shouldn't all this be in the off topics section? A lot of these posts have nothing to do with General M3 section.

I don't consider myself a watch enthusiast at all. I think I have a few Swiss and Japanese watches lying about and my daily watch seems to have defaulted to a race-inspired Tag my wife gifted me a few years ago (had planned to wear it more for special occasions to prevent scratching it up but I must like the look too much to put it away.)

Actually, my apologies. This should be in the OT. Also I tried searching but nothing comes up about watches so I decided to create one. Didn't realize after reading a post from the OT section that there is actually a thread on this already:
http://e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8321&page=47 I'll stick to above link. Mods, please help me delete or move this. Thanks. |

That's not the excuse. Good thing i'm not a moderator, i'd delete or move half of these pointless threads. There is a reason there are different sections of the forum.

I only have one watch, a Tag Heuer Aquaracer, but who on earth thinks about what watch to wear when they go for a drive ffs? I'm going for a drive, not waiting for a train to arrive, or worse posing on the hood on my M3 stroking my chin so everyone gets a shot at my watch...

Many years ago my wife purchased for me on our first wedding anniversary a Rolex Tudor watch costing some $360- at the time (I remember our first argument at that time for getting me such an expensive gift). My first house at that time cost $18,000- and a Benz SL 450 I remember cost just over $8,000- at that time (I test drove it on the Trans Canada Highway - wondering at that time if I ever will be able to afford one). My first house sold a few years ago for around $485,000- (so I am told by my former neighbours). Last year I was in Vegas and my Rolex Tudor was apprized at $18,200- My Rolex Tudor is a Day / Date blue face in need for a new crystal, It must be the 4th or 5th crystal on this watch for I wear it every day. My other watch is a CITIZEN I wear it when I bicycle (just in case I will crash ) Here is a photo I let you guess how old the Rolex Tudor is
