Anybody ever use rosetta stone?
I just picked up rosetta stone to try and brush up my Spanish skills, has anybody eve used this program, how were your results. I have used it for about an hour now and it seems to actually be working really good. I guess i will see tomorrow if i still remember what i learned when i wake up.

If they are worth it, I would love to get into starting to learn another language since I have alot of free time on my hands these days

LOL thats exactly why im doing it, I took it in HS and know some but i would love to be able to speak it really well. It will look damn good on a job resume also i figured. So i thought what the hell, they guarentee you to be able to learn it or you get your money back. I actually like it a whole lot so far.

I've taken spanish for 4 years now, through high school and first year of college and hated it. I've quit now since it's been 4 years and I still can't have a conversation with somebody. There is a problem with that.
If I ever want to learn it again, I'll be trying one of these rosetta stone things. |

its good, and actually works. except its REALLY painstakingly long. and gets extremely annoying after 40 mins (on the third time). good luck, i couldnt stand the damn thing. it was just annoying. but most effective when it comes to learning another language!
