Touched Screen navigation system?

Hi, I am waiting for my car. But when I have found out that the navigation system on a 2012 golf has touch screen, I felt kind of regret that I chose this monster costs me $50,000. How every one does feel about the 2011/2012 integrated system? Are they worth that amount of grands? How do you enter an address quick without the touch screen?
