as the title states.

Just got my car 2 weeks ago

but was wondering if any out there are Paraplegic or Quadriplegic's with Hand Controls and Steering Ball installed?
(searched but nothing came up)

Reason I ask is the following

I had Snowboarding accident 8 years ago in which I fractured my L1 (in pieces)
while in recovery they had a 2005 Acura Intergra in the building in which to Practice getting into and out of cars on wheelchairs.

after leaving rehab purchased an 2005 Acura Intergra RS.
had the car for almost 2 years with no issues other that having to undo and fold wheelchair so that wheels go behind front seats and wheelchair goes on passenger seat.

Then got lazy and Bought a Minivan
thinking it will be easier on me if I just remove middle seats open side door and just put in wheelchair complete(with out taking apart)
had that for 6 years.
Was fun for a while
but as you can all imagine
NO GOD DAMN RESPECT OUT THERE FOR MINIVAN DRIVERS
getting cut in traffic all over the place
staying in fast lane would just be like having a sticker on back window saying
it's OK run up on my Bumper and stick as close as you can ONLY A MINIVAN HERE

So as you can see just got the 328 XI Coupe
and i am loving it
had to get the Hand Controls and Steering Ball installed but they did a great job.
No troubles getting in and out of car with the wheelchair and I am Happy with my Purchase.
