I've seen a few SLS's around in diff colours and I think it does look better than in pics. However, it does look a bit soft so I can't wait to see this Black Series model.

A bonkers car made even more bonkers. Hope they don't price it as ridiculously as the SL 65 BS because this car will look awesome. Clarkson will approve

Looks like they're borrowing rims for the rear from the M division

I like the SLS but I think the SLR still wins me over

I've ridden in an SLS. It's very apparent that AMG has NO idea how to tune a suspension! It felt like I was riding in something with bricks for suspension.
Very cool looking, but it was just so jittery and bounced everywhere.

Well, they supposedly got it right with the C63 coupe

it's amazing how much higher i hold AMG above M now. had someone asked me which tuning house i prefered just two or three years ago, i would've laughed at anyone who didn't prefer the M brand. complete switcheroo

Are you making a fair comparison when you say that?

Would you choose the new F10 M5 or the new E63 AMG? I think the M5 wins that hands down.

However, if you are comparing some of the hyper AMG cars to the "normal" M cars, then at that point I don't think it is a fair comparison. Talking about maximum price points, this is an area that Merc has always beat BMW in.

I love the SLS, its fantastic. But I'd still rather have an M3 over a normal C63. And a M5 over the "normal" E63 AMG.

Track manners or DD capabilites? DD capabilities solely, I'll take the Benz anyday.

They should just make the BS look like the SLS GT3 45th Anniversary Edition, I'm super impressed that they have let this onto the streets, pretty pricey though

When you’ve already dialed a supercar up to 10, where do you go from there? Right here: the SLS AMG Black Series. With 631-hp and 468 lb-ft of torque coursing through specially developed rear tires that are over a foot wide, this gullwinged beast pushes right past the realm of supercars and into unknown territory. This one goes to 11."

I didn't care much for this car at first (the SLS overall), but wow has it grown on me. The Black Series is even more amazing.

I don't know why, but I was expecting a lot more to the black series than what was released...
