Hey guys, as you all know I am a fairly new member to the BMW family.

I humbly posted a picture of my car on my myspace and right away I got a no good show off reply with a picture of his benz stating that we should race, taking the spotlight away from my beauty. I didn't want to look like a punk and delete it but I was fairly offended so I commented on his myspace that he should race my boyfriend instead and posted a picture of his E92 335i.

I told my boyfriend and he couldn't stop laughing so he left a little message of his own that went somewhere along the lines of "I'll chew up your car and spit it out."

Later that day I come home to find the following messages from the guy:

"...im actually a student at embry riddle is kinda of like Harvard but for aviation i think i def got the knowledge in basic math , i was serious the bmw is now cheaper than a camry the benz 550 is about both urs and ur bfs cars combined plus the camry."

"Just some helpful links: Link #1 Link #2"

I know this seems very childish, and i agree with you, but I am not going to just sit here and take this shit.

I don't know about you guys but I found those links to be very offensive. typical to have someone want to bring you down when you are just trying to bask in life's goodness. HATERS.

Please correct me if I am wrong but his comment can't possibly be true, I was hoping that someone might help me come up with a good response to his nonsense and put him back in his place.

Incase you can't get through the link, because my myspace is private this is the only picture he provided me with, which is not on his myspace.

i have 3 friends now sweet haha....as for his bullshit, first off embry riddle is not like the harvard of avation, I am working on a degree from there online and its not that difficult lol. Its just like any other college, as for him hes a total dousch and i would just ignore it and he will go away.

I have a friend who owns a IS350 and he's constantly talking about the cons that are known to come with owning a bmw. So I understand how irritating it can be. Before, I would try to "put him back in his place," but now I pretty much ignore him unless he talks to me about something else.

So it seems like he's not an actual friend of yours, just someone you added on myspace right? I would just ignore him and go on a nice joy ride in your 328 to forget about him. He drives a nice car, so do you and your bf... just leave it at that. Life is good. Have a good weekend!
