Rare Ferrari FXX spotted
This rare Ferrari FXX was spotted at a recent track weekend at Tremblant. Only 30 made ever, only 3 can be taken home by their owners and this is one of these 3. Probably the only 1 in North America too. Pictures are worth a look.

Yes, I'm still drooling over it...The owner never made it. Can you imagine how exciting your life must be when you have BETTER stuff to do than drive an FXX eagerly awaiting you? Or maybe he was just too busy.

Ferrari sold the cars, but then kept them at the factory. The owners would request Ferrari to take them to tracks so they could drive them, but Ferrari was strict on keeping them. Ferrari didnt want these cars on the road, as they were not road legal. Stupid, yes for the price these cars were going for. |

The other 27 have to stay at dealerships. Even though you pay 2 mil for the car, you still have to make appointments with the dealer to have it shipped wherever you need it. Then once you are done with the track day or wherever you had it shipped, you have to return it to the dealer. Technically, it's considered a development car and Ferrari makes continuous updates to it. Hence the Ferrari FXX Evoluzione name. Crazy, isn't it?

Haha, or maybe BOTH! Believe me, I was VERY tempted to at least touch the car. I got to a point when I was ready to jump in it, lock myself in and just push buttons until they handcuff me. On a second thought, the damn thing probably doesn't even have locks... 2 million bucks and no locks... And people don't understand how I can buy a sports coupe without cruise control as a standard feature..

He probably has special privileges from Ferrari because he's also the owner of Risi Competizione. Or he's doing it because he can - like a boss.

I suspect they let him do anything he wants to. He is as close to Ferrari royalty as it will ever get for anyone after Enzo himself.

860 HP in a car that weighs 2,350 lbs is 2.73 lbs per pony, what an insane ratio! And based on the Top Gear video, the car has no body roll whatsoever!
