By the SRT-8 badge on the back when he sped off at the next light. Both models just say "hemi" on the side.

Kudos to the turbo timer, because the SRT-8 wins without it. At least, that's what every major automotive publisher has found in their "independent" testing.

At 110 thats pretty much the 1/4 mile for the car if you were really holding on it. With a 3-4 car length lead thats about a 1-1.5 second lead. Im assuming heavily that you did a low 13 second run which means he(with his automatic) did a 14+ run. And you say you got a bad launch with him ahead.
I call BS. Way too convenient of a story with the other thread going on.

BS? Sorry u feel that way. This was on city streets, not on a track bro... It's called a driver's race. Exactly what motive would one have for making something like this up?

Ok you win. The other driver must not be that competant with an automatic.

I'm actually thinking of selling the Turbo Tuner and going with PROcede or that new AA package. Anyone in SFV want to give it a try? It's like a 30-second install.

At 110mph, 1 second is 161 feet. 4 car lengths is maybe what? 60 feet? That translates to about .35 to .4 of a second. Entirely believable actually. Drivers race.

We also dont know if the other driver let off at all creating the distance. Thus bringing his speed down even further.

The Dodge Magnum is the 4379lb wagon. Even with the 425hp hemi, it's doing the 1/4 mile in 13.6@106mph. That's about where a stock 335i coupe is. The OP said he had the turbo tuner boost mod, which is good for another 40-50hp, so his story is entirely believable.
