Not sure if any of you guys had heard about this but it made pretty big news here. At 5 am, after obama's speech about osama being killed, the flag in front of the bell tower here at LSU was cut down and burned by an LSU student. He was found a few days later and arrested.

Now today a student organized a flag burning protest where he planned to burn a flag publicly. Here is the story on what happened today and a video after it, some pretty serious shit. Big dumbass if you asked me.

What is interesting is back in the 70's the college students were the one burning the flag and protesting against the government and now they are defending the flag and the government. How times have changed.

I like how the police move the guy out and say they are doing it for his safety so not violate his right to be there and say what he wants.
