I feel your pain, because this happened to me too when my E90 was only 5 days old. God speed on the repairs!

Did you take any pictures of the accident scene? Post them so we can see.

Happened to me twice in my E46...the second time was like your experience.....15k in repairs...I was very edgy driving for about a month after that!

Good luck, glad you're okay!

I'm a little surprised about your neck injury. What was the position of your headrest?

For an estimated 50 MPH slamming into you at a stop? Tha is incredible there wouldn't be extremely more damage.

Hopefully your injuries turn out to be minor and not trouble you later.

here's your second chance buddy!
Go after her insurance, tell them your neck and shit and demand extra $15k to forget it. Use your insurance to repair the damage, sell it and get the 325

A few years back we had a bad accident in an SUV -- it was totalled. On top of it, my wife was 7.5 months pregnant passenger at the time of accident. The guy in GMC Sierra lost control, crossed the HWY (US1) and t-boned us. We flipped on the roof and ended up in the ditch off the road.
His insurance (State Farm) basically gave us a blank check. I did not take it after my wife and the baby were checked OK at the hospital. Sometimes I wish I did...

I know how you feel, I was rear ended in my E46 by a women not paying attention. Traffic was slowing down faster than normal at a red light, and I watched to see my rearview. Lo and behold there's a women driving an Acura CL looking out the passenger side window barreling down on me. She turned her head just in time to freak herself out as she slammed in to me. Of course she fessed up right away, but what a hassle! Worse part was that I was meeting some old colleagues for happy hour from a corporation I didn't work for anymore.

Consult a lawyer about the injuries. You could be looking at a paycheck.
