Some photos from the Honda Grand Prix in FL

Some cool cars were at the race. Only got pics of the drifting and GT classes. Didn't bother with the open-wheelers. They had two brand new Boss 302Ss, one of which was a prototype for Ford when they were speccing the other "final" version of the 302S. I ended up talking to one of the mechanics for the prototype in the paddocks for a good half hour. Awesome dude; let me check the whole car inside and out. This was also the very first race for the brand new CTS-V coupes. Fucking mean looking, and sounding.

I didn't find many good spots to take photos during the race because of all the asshats covering the fence, but here's a batch I took from the best corner I could find.

what were the differences from concept to production on the 302s?

some good shots in there.

uuuughghgh, i think it's meant to be....

i've been thinking over the last 3 weeks of trading in the SRT8 and getting a new 5.0.....

i talked to the wife about it yesterday and she isn't 100% opposed to it HAHA !!!!

she said she was going to miss the roominess of the SRT8.

might have to send her a couple pics of these 5.0 to sway her a bit lolololol......
