btw last night, i saw a police car chase in person for the first time in my life. only caught part of it though. was too focused on the cop cars till my friend mentioned the white altima that was trying to get away.

Because they are driving fast and are generally occupied. I mean I dont tail them, I leave a several hundred yards between the cops and I but generally people clear the way and stay moved the fuck over in case another ones behind them. Its a clear path and I take it. Why not? All they can give me is a speeding ticket.
