Some little punk just intentionally rear-ended my 335i
This kid, looked to be 16-ish, was harassing people on the interstate by getting as close as possible to the car in front of him, slowing down, and gunning it as close as a foot from the car again. I watched him do this to two other cars and then he got behind me and started riding my ass. When he backed off I began to slow down and he gunned it and rear-ended me on purpose! He then left the interstate by driving across the grass shoulder (Chevy equinox SUV) and onto a parallell road. I took the next exit and chased him down, as I barelly glimpsed him turn off in the distance. I drove around the subdivision, found him, and followed until I got a good picture of his plates, then backed I off and called the cops.
The bumper took the hit and only has a slight scuff, thank god. I've never been so angry in my life. The cops are on their way out to take the report. |

Good job tracking his ass down. That pisses me off just reading it. Keep us posted on what they do to that kid. Thankfully like you said it is only a little scuff.
I think I would have lost it if that happened to me and followed him until he stopped and beat the shit out of him with a baseball bat. Then just forgot about the whole cop mess.

Here's hoping that the little shit head gets arrested for wreckless endangerment and leaving the scene. You should insist to the police that he was deliberately trying to wreck your car, and that should be assault.

Good job, remember to follow through with the Juvenile Justice system. You will be expected to be available to testify if this punk contests the reckless driving, leaving the scene charges. I can guarantee you that he already has a juvenile record, and maybe this little transgression can commit him to a juvenile facility for rehabilitation.

Way to keep your cool
Way to keep your cool.....no sense getting arrested for a loser. Your car will get fixed and his insurance will go up and his parents will take away the keys.
It would be best if he had a criminal record. He would go to jail and the fine gentlemen there would run a Man-Train on him......

Just keep a .45 acp in your car and shoot those people j/k When i crashed my S4 into a 16 year old kid in a new cadillac i got out immediately and tried to beat him down, pedestrians grabbed me and took me to the ground, and then i passed out.haha. I dont remember any of this but its in the police report. I probably thought he got in front of me on purpose, i wasnt all there after getting hit in the head with my rearview mirror going 80mph

What do you want to bet that little Johnny: a) Has no parents and is living in a foster home with a drug dealer and hooker. b) Has parents, but they are typical American parents and don't want Johnny to be mad at them, so they let him run the household. c) Has parents, but they insist that their little boy would never do such a thing, and of course the lame cops couldn't care less and gently slap his wrist. But in my heart I hope for the man-train too. I hope it's a big train and he needs some stitches afterwards!

Hopefully he turned 18 yesterday. Good job getting the plate. I'd have stayed with him until the cops showed up. What could he get? Would that be felony hit and run? Reckless driving? Hopefully marks where he cut across the grass to corroborate your story! A citizen's arrest may be in order! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citizen's_arrest |

That's messed up. I'd love to have an old 1-ton pickup to "brake-check" those folks. But I don't.

why do ppl driving trucks and suv always like to ride on other's bumper? I get tailgated by trucks and suvs all the time.. I usually slow down or move to other lane to avoid them.. no sense getting into accidents if you can avoid it. just really annoyed with tailgating truck/suv drivers.
