It sucks so bad. I have shoveled twice and just looked at my driveway - almost like I never even touched it! These past 3-4 hours have been brutal.

In the North West the ski resorts opened the earliest in 10 years and we have been getting lots of snow. I would be glad to take the East’s snow since I am a powder hound. I had to hire a guy with a Bobcat to remove the snow at my cabin since I was spending a few hours after I got there Friday nights to blow the snow and no where to put it all. Perhaps Al Gore can explain this.

Drove from Glen Cove to Brooklyn this morning around 4 am. There were abandoned cars everywhere on the LIE. Wind was nuts. I finally left work at 10 am and headed back into the City. I go to make a turn onto my block and it is completely unplowed. No big deal, I was plowing through the side streets of Brooklyn. 3 cars completely stuck with people trying to dig themselves out. Parked and dug out cars until about 25 minutes ago when I could finally drive down the street and get to the garage. Good to be home. I moved to the city so I wouldn't have to shovel anymore.

Haha, that sucks. I'm in Missouri and we've not got significant snow once this year. The duck hunting is great, we've shot at limit each time, they're having a record year at the club we hunt at. Great weather.

took about 3 hours for close to 18 inchs. my mom and sisters cars were barely touched on the sides, but the tops were covered. my car on the other hand, the entire front end was burried and took about 40 minutes just to get the snow clear so i could move the car and shovel the rest of the drieway. i hate how snowplows make the end of the driveway such a pain to shovel...ugh

but on the other hand, i was flying past SUVs and AWD cars on my blizzaks so it was totally worth it

I don't love it, but I certainly don't mind it. Cold air doesn't bother me as much as others I've noticed. So when it's time to shovel, it's just like "oh, time to shovel"

I played 18 holes of golf today. It was such a nice day out I decided to play another 9 after I was done. The only shoveling being done was hitting my ball out of the sand traps.

Hmmm... won't be doing that tomorrow morning. Only forecasted to be about 31 degrees in Tampa.
