Anyone have experience with micro 4/3rds?

Been looking at a Panasonic G2. I have a Panasonic Lumix FZ18 and it's a decent camera. The G2 has the advantage of changeable lenses but is still small and light. It gets decent praise in reviews, too. I know there are some limitations when compared to a full DSLR, but you'd expect such trade-offs in such a small camera.

I'd really like to hear from someone with real experience with them, though. Or thoughts from the more professional photogs here about the 4/3rds concept in general.

I've played with the Pen, and I recommend it. It seems like a good product, especially with the range of lenses available for it.
