None of the above sound good for a cheat meal. You can do better than that.

really? what do you recommend?

for taco bell my idea was a chalupa, crunch wrap supreme, that bacon club thing, and 2 soft tacos

mcdonalds- big mac large fries

pizza- a white slice and regular slice

forget cheat meals of the 3000+ calorie mark. they only throw you off.
forget fries - they are the devil.
do weight watchers and eat whatever you want any day, just keep the overview (works for me!)

I cant see eating frozen prepared meals for the rest of my life, thats a waste when there is so much good food to enjoy in this world. Doesnt mean you have to eat badly, but its nice to enjoy a good tasty meal every now and then.

I always have to cut weight for wrestling, and there is always that one day where I just cant take eating healthy food anymore and have to cheat. I always go for pizza!!! When I am dieting, I usually keep the carbs to a minimum so when I cheat I cheat BAD!! All that bread just tastes sooooo good haha

no i don't think you understood. i'm not a fatboy 210lbs i'm a weight lifter, with 14% bodyfat. i can't do weight watchers because that will eat my muscles when i am doing all i can to preserve them while losing bodyfat.

if you need to snack or eat something cuz you're hungry munch on veggies or fruits. likes celery with low sodium ranch, mini carrots, strawberries, melon, cantelope, watermelon...etc. this can help keep your metabolism up and it helps keep your weight down by filling with less fattening or less carbs. it helped me a bunch.

this doesnt mean you should exclude your daily intake of necessary nutritional values. im just merely suggesting if you're hungry and need a quick snack. and im by far no expert.

OP... some people just dont understand!!! Why would you want to eat veggies for a cheat meal??? its called CHEATING!!!

I have to cut 20lbs everytime I compete, usually just do it over a week and a half, but there comes a time when you just break! Usually on the 3rd or 4th day, I just say screw it and binge on some pizza haha... It just taste sooo good!! And its nice to have my stomach completely full again.

i got a cheap bodyfat caliper on ebay, it came with instructions on what part of your body to measure in order to determine how much bodyfat you have.

and cheat meals are actually very beneficial. when youre on a low calorie diet for an extended period of time it causes your metabolism to slow because your body senses it is not getting enough calories and it will therefore try to hang on to the calories it has. so when you cheat, you're actually resetting your metabolism.

I dont know how much I would trust that reading, especially if you are doing it yourself. I have had my bodyfat tested by plenty of professionals and there is a huge margin for error! If you dont know what your are doing and just guessing where to pinch, I can almost garuntee that its not gonna be close.

At the Olympic Training Center, I have had my BF tested by the calipers, by water submersion, and also the DEXA x-ray. And the calipers by far have the most room for error.

Im 5'7 and about 152lbs, tested by all of those different tests and average about a 6.7% BF, so I would say that if you are only an inch taller, 14% and 210lbs thats pretty lean
