Places you traveled to in the world
I know that I am new to the forum in all. But I was just curious to see how many of you all have traveled, and what did you learn from your experiences.
The places I have traveled to are: 1. Germany 2.Spain 3.Italy 4.France 5.Holland 6. S.Korea So guys feel free to chime in on the subject. I have the travel bug this summer and I am dying to go to some new places in the world. Because I have about 2 weeks of vacation time and have no idea where to go at the moment. The current budget that I willing to spend on the trip is about 3k. |

China was probably the best of my "informative" type vacations if that makes any sense. It's not like taking the informative tour of Paris where after a few days you're just like "ok whatever, another old building"...it's just so different and crazy you'll never loose interest. I also did a 3 day cruise on the Yellow (Yangzee or something) River and that was really cool to. The only thing I regret is not making it to Hong Kong while I was over there, bc the flight is really a bitch
All of the cities are different and definitely worth a visit. I stayed in a couple others (spend 3 weeks there) but those 3 are the major ones. If I were to go back and could only choose 1, it would be Shanghai. It was a really cool mix of modern capitalism (weird to say about a communist country, right?) and Chinese traditionalism. And the seafood was awesome (in Shanghai), but overall don't expect wonders from the food...I honestly prefer American Chinese food better and I don't really even like that very much...Chicks will be on your shit though. The St. Regis in Shanghai is amazing |

I know what you mean about being lost - it's one thing not knowing the language...it's another when the letters are different as well.
