Need Advice: Liposuction
To start off:
-I'm NOT a fat ass by any means. 6'3" 195, 12% body fat. I workout 6 days a week, both cardio and weight training. -No pics So.... I have man tits. Legit man tits. Solid A cups. I have decently defined abs and am pretty lean overall but I have huge man ta-tas. It's really disproportionate to the rest of my body and it's bothering me more and more. My choices are: 1. Live with it 2. Cut out every last carb and be miserable 3. Liposuction I'm interested in option 3. Anyone here had it done? Know someone who has had it done? Anything in particular I should know? General sentiments for/against. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you have an imbalance of hormones. If you work out like you say you do you should have less than 10% body fat, but since you say 13% and bitch tits then you have a hormone problem.

Hormone levels are a start. There are hundreds of reasons for hormone imbalances ranging anywhere from nutrition to cancer and everything above, beyond, underneath, and around.
I'm not saying its something bad. But if the rest of your family is jacked and you just have flappy bitch tits, despite doing shit tons of pushups and whatnot, it could be pathology. Also, weeds been known to increase estrogen levels. |

The issue is due to aromatization - the conversion of androgens to estrogens. Find a BioSignature Modulation practitioner in your area and the problem can be remedied with appropriate supplementation, training, nutrition, and lifestyle modification. You need to inhibit the action of the aromatase enzyme.
