Cooking can be pretty fun, but anything elaborate gets to be so time consuming and messy. And getting things timed right so they're all finished at once. It's a lot of work, but it can be worth it. I get pretty tired of eating out or eating stuff you just heat up.

Started at 2pm, and the beers were light beers. If anyone want's to say I'm full of shit they can feel free to. I will consume the same amount in front of them. I'm not here for that though. I fall into a rare category alcoholia anonymitia. Cheers to your meal and glad to hear it's badass. If anyone on this forum wants old school Italian sauce recipes passed down from generations, (all of which have local fame Tomato sauce, meat sauce, meatballs, italian sausage, bolognese, lobster fra diavolo) PM me and i'll send the recipes

Light beers. You disappoint me sometimes.

I always like the idea of cooking till I start cooking.

That's a pretty damn easy recipe. Most people would have a hard time fucking that up.

Props to a successful cooking experience. Now try and do it every night. Thank god I have some decent culinary talents because without them my wife and I would eat nothing but mac and cheese, grilled cheese, and other garbage because she can't cook for shit haha.
