Random Q: When Will 430 Scuderia Be $110-120k Range?
random q, when do you guys think the 430 scud will be in $110-120k range? the current f430 f1 are going for just about that in the used department so i had to ask.
not a fan of the 458, imo the scud is the best ferrari to date and with a straight pipe

probably never because of the ECO car phase is coming and will make ferrari's(mid-engine raw power cars) more expensive due to supply and demand

The Scud's are pretty rare. I think it'll take a while.

I had a ride in one recently, they are fantastic cars!
I'm not sure you're going to see that price range for a while. Like someone posted above, they are a rare car. Check the prices of the F360 Stradale compared to the F360 of the same year to get an idea of the price difference. Personally, I think you're out 5-6 years from now, maybe longer to get it in that price range. As for pipes, don't mess with a Ferrari. I saw an F360 with a Kressieg exhaust on it. It sounded INCREDIBLE, but it ran like shit. Every time they would clear the check engine light, it would come right back on. Ferrari has 3 different options right from the factory for exhausts. You're best bet is to use one of theirs. Even Tubi is having a difficult time getting their exhausts to work with the new Ferraris.

You have to remember that Ferrari is made up of a bunch of elitist assholes. Inorder to buy their high performance monsters, even a scud, you would need to have owned 3 ferraris already.
These are the people that wouldn't take ferrocio lamborghinis money because he was a tractor manufacturer |

In all seriousness, even if you can afford the $120k range, you forget it's still a $280k car to maintain. As some would say, it's not affording till you can afford all that comes with it.

Not for a very long time, if at all. You can't even find a CS anywhere close to that range

That was also 5 years ago. There have been cars sitting on dealer lots available for purchase in the last couple years.

I would say to own/lease a Ferrari...you should be earning something in the range of 2-3 million/year +
You need the house, the fam, the job, the club memeberships, the social status and activities to go with it. Max car I'd consider woul dbe a C2S or Audi R8. |

That would be over a 50% drop in price, you're not going to see that for a LONG time, if ever. I bet they will hang in the $175k range for a very long time.

Dont even think about it.
The Scud, will be collector item for sure. The cheapest F430 I saw was an 06' F430 F1, for 120K OBO from Nick @ autotalent, I think. |

... unless you buy the car because you want to drive it, not use it to boost your social standing. I'd rather have a Ferrari and drive the hell out of it than attend "parties" like ones in soap operas or have dinner at a stupidly expensive restaurant every other day. Enzo built road cars for the sole purpose of funding his F1 team... that should say something right there.

^ that was what Ferrari originally did. But as I've said, with Ferrari just havin the money is t enough, as evidnced by the existance of lamburghini automobiles, you also need the social status. What can you say, Ferrari builds cars for douchebags and they know their target audience well.
