PS CS4 for MAC

Does anyone here have a serial that I can use for the mac version (i can pay you to use your serial if that's what it takes assuming it works)? I'm a newbie at this photography thing and spending over 500 to "learn" doesn't seem like a smart idea at the moment. Or if someone knows of a place to get a discounted price that would be great too.
