Post workout rash???

Hi all, I've been back to the whole workout/fitness thing for the past 1.5 months now but something strange starting happening a couple of days ago, I've been getting some on and off rashes around my waist, upper thighs and lower back.

Have any of you by chance suffered this? If so, what could be the problem and best solutions?

Had it in high school its from sweating. Theres a cream for it forgot what its called though.

Bill Maher does a compelling segment on his HBO show called, "New Rules." In that spirit, I would propose that any discussion of human or animal "rashes" on car forums should be grounds for an immediate ban of the OP.

Go see a dermatologist.
