Tubro Question
Hi Guys! Just picked up my first turbo car. A new 335i, which is basically the same engine as in the 135 and 535. It's great and I love to drive it but I have a question. How do you activate the turbos? Is there a button to push? I really want to experience turbo power.

The turbos kick in automatically. I believe the BOOST comes in early at about 1500 RPM, which is earlier then most turbocharged cars.
Correct me if I've mistaken since I don't know much about the engine in the 335i. Thanks! ![]() |

You mean the dealer didn't show you how to activate your turbo boost? Just like on the video games, it's a button on the steering wheel. Just don't use it too much, 'cause you'll run out of turbo boost fuel quickly, and have to find a power-up.
What's that? You say you don't have the turbo boost button on your steering wheel? I'll bet the dealer ripped you off and actually sold you a 328i. I'd go back and complain, pronto! Or, you could ![]()
