Great. Now I'm having flash-backs of the last week of nearly every semester of grad school.

The best was when I drove to campus mid-day one day to finish two projects. Stayed all night and most of the next day. Around 2am the 2nd day I was a walking zombie and when I went to go find my car I not only couldn't remember where the hell I parked it, it had also snowed 18" so I couldn't see it. There were enough other people still stuck there that I had to walk around a couple parking lots hitting lock/unlock and hoping to see a flash through the snow. It was also a lot warmer when I first showed up so I was freezing my ass off.

So what are you stuck there doing this time?

After just 17 hours of not sleeping your body is equivalent or worse to having a BAC of .05, 24 hours and you'd be ~.1.

I never pulled all nighters. Sleep was always more important to me than my grades.

My roommate, however, took an entire bottle of Nodoz within 2 days. I told him he was go to crash hard and not be right for at least a week. Sure enough, he sleep for almost 3 days straight after that and his sleep pattern was screwed up for at least a week.

Sleep, it's good for you.

My dealers have no adarol. 5-hour energies helps, but simply don't do enough.
Good luck btw!

No idea how you guys can eat/drink that crap. Coffee. It's simple and it works.

Sadly I drink so much coffee it doesn't have quite the same effect anymore. The only thing that worked in college was a drink from one of the local places that included 7 espresso shots

Truth. Many experiments have been done to document this. I for one have been involved in a no sleep experiment. Your motor skills go to SHIT.

I laugh at people who pull all nighters. They think they are beating the system by staying up all night but in reality the lack of sleep is hurting them way more than the extra study time.

true....all nights are only good for finishing up that paper or something that doesn't require you to retain information.

Try being up for 42 hours straight doing Fire, Steam Rupture, Primary Plant Casualty drills, combined with an exam, Supervised Evolutions, interviews onboard a submarine. I did it all with no caffeine. Worst 2 days of my life.

sometimes there really isnt enough time and no matter how much you work, you still need to pull an all nighter. ive only pulled 2 all nighters so far during college

during freshmen year i was working on a final project...stayed at school till 530 AM then went home to prepare for my presentation that day. it was the night before but it wasnt procrastination. ive never been so motivated and hard working than that semester

i guess it depends on what youre doing. but yea sometimes it is because youre screwed haha

Screw those "energy drinks". Caffeine pills FTW.
1 pill = 200mg of caffeine
1 cup of strong coffee ~ 90mg
1 energy drink = around 80mg (at least Red Bull)

Do the math... Even had times when I took 2 pills at once. But be careful, overdoses can happen and they are very bad, also you get used to it and you want more caffeine. Anyways, as they say, consult your doctor before doing that and read the instruction carefully.

But now I am using my brains properly and don't take that stuff anymore (took maybe 2 caffeine pills in the past year and don't even drink coffee).

a lot of doctors do 24-30 hrs shifts at a time.
thats for patient care, not including paperwork.

studying for tests and doing overnighters for projects just takes getting use to.

I love Adderall I've had a prescription for it since junior year of high school and it's made all-nighters a joke, really. Just make sure you have something to keep you up the rest of the school day because if you don't, you'll spend lunch sleeping in AP calculus and wake up with male genitalia enscribed on your face with Sharpie, walking through the hallways without knowing why everyone is making fun of you
