Jaguar XF Supercharged
For some reason I love these cars. They look beautiful and all the interior gadgets are just so sweet! Im not usually into the big luxury cars, but the XF captures my interested. Anyone know anything about these cars or driven one? Maybe I'm just wrong lol

The seats in the XFR need special praise because they are among the most comfortable I have sat in, offering both heating and cooling and the range of adjustable is similar to BMW's comfort seats. Another few things worth praising in the XFR are the engine with offers nearly as much grunt as an RS6, the transmission (ZF) which seems to work better with this car than any other it's been fitted to before and finally the suspension which offers as much body control as an M5 but just as much comfort as a 7 series, it's quite incredible. No other car in the class offers such a diverse amount of abilities in one car. As for the XF3.0dS, well I think the 535d may be a little quick (just) but as a complete package the Jaguar is better, it's down to that engine+gearbox combination once again, and of course the suspension plays no small part in this. If I were a little older then the XFR would be the car sitting in my driveway and not an M3 at the moment. |

One thing that is surprising is the new diff (it's similar to a torque vectoring diff), it finds a surprising amount of grip considering the torque this engine has, I would class it better than an M5 which has even less torque so what does this mean, is it that this diff is better than an M-diff or is it the combination of better suspension allowing the car to find additional grip. Another thing I would be happier throwing this thing down a back road than either an M5 or E63 (old model), it contains the surface of the road much better than the other, never bucking and bumping in the same way. Either way the car is a real surprise and in my opinion the brightest star among some real contenders. If you are considering buying one then I would say definitely try it out because it's a seriously impressive bit of kit. |

The hood looks a little too busy for me, the rear reminds me a bit of a Buick (not sure which one; just my mind's first impression), and the A-pillar/bonnet relationship seems reminiscent of mid 90's Chrysler cab-forward, but no amount of cosmetic dislike would ever keep me from buying a great car. It's a winner for sure.

I don't know. It looks reaallll pretty but I'd rather have the German competitors. The normal XF on the otherhand is something I'd have over a 5 series or E class
