Dealership Hail Sale
Hey everyone, there was a storm recently in my area that brought some hail, the size of gumballs(1in in diameter, about) to the area. Now dealerships are offering "hail-sales" on their new and pre-owned inventory.
I looked at some of my coworker's cars' damage and it was not too bad, most had small dents on the hood(not noticeable unless at an angle with lots of light) So i was wondering if anyone has had experience with Hail sales....about how much of a discount can you expect? I would like to go out there and check them out but would like to know if its worth it or not. |

My 335i actually got hail damage when I went to take performance delivery of it. They repaired it and now you could never even tell. Check and see what it will cost to repair the vehicle and negotiate for one hell of a deal. Seems like you could come out of this significantly ahead.

I look at them like cars that have been in minor accidents. How much would you pay for one of those? I bet the dealer is willing to do almost anything to unload these cars, so you're in control if you don't mind minor accidents.
